Peel the pineapple. Save the meat to have it later.
In a saucepan combine the skins with cinnamon stick, cloves and allspice berries. Cover with 8 cups water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and cool.
Strain the water discarding the pineapple skins and the spices.
Pour the water in a jar and drink all day long.
