Tropical Fruit Salad with Bee Pollen and sprinkle of coconut flakes
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Juice from ½ orange
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. bee pollen
Instructions
  1. Gently combine all of the fruit in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour the orange juice over the fruit and stir gently.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and bee pollen. Enjoy!
