Banana Smoothie

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 cups water
- 6 tablespoons lucuma powder
- Soak the almonds overnight in water.
- In the morning, drain, peel, and blend with 2 cups water.
- Pass through a strainer, pressing the solids to get all the liquid.
- Blend the solid residue with ¾ cup of the strained almond milk. Strain again.
- Blend the almond milk with the bananas and lucuma powder and serve immediately.
