Banana Smoothie

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 tablespoons lucuma powder
  1. Soak the almonds overnight in water.
  2. In the morning, drain, peel, and blend with 2 cups water.
  3. Pass through a strainer, pressing the solids to get all the liquid.
  4. Blend the solid residue with ¾ cup of the strained almond milk. Strain again.
  5. Blend the almond milk with the bananas and lucuma powder and serve immediately.
