- 4 passion fruits
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup sugar or to taste
- Cut the passion fruit in half.
- Put in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to medium-low and simmer until very tender, about 30 - 35 minutes. Cool.
- Process the fruit and its water in the blender until smooth. Strain into a jar, add sugar to taste and refrigerate.
- Serve very cold.
- *If the nectar is too thick, add more water to thin it.
