It’s almost the weekend but not quite, so we need a little indulgence to get through the last day and a half of hard work and to-do lists. Suspiro Limeño is one of our favorite desserts and last month, on our visit to the Que Rica Vida headquarters in Minneapolis, we prepared a mango variation of this silky and incredibly sweet pudding. We made this in the Betty Crocker kitchens, which are heaven on earth. We wish we could cook in such a big and beautiful space every day of the year!
