Our Favorite Winter Soups – Download it now for FREE

OK, we admit it. We’re becoming addicted to pampering you with free goodies more and more often now. But it’s just an irresistibly satisfying feeling to give something back to our loyal followers… so why not?

This time around, we were driven by the weather to put a seasonal FREE eBook together, that will help you stay warm and cozy throughout the winter months. In Peru, summer is just around the corner, and cebiche season will soon be in full force. But not everyone lives in Peru! Half the world (the half we both happen to live in) is getting darker and colder, calling for piping hot soups for the soul.

For this reason, we have come up with a yummy list of some of our favorite winter recipes, including:

Tomato Soup

– Chupe de Camarones

-Spinach Cream Soup

-Pumpkin Soup with Cheese Ravioli

-Carrot Cream Soup

-Vegetarian Andean Chupe

Some of them you may already know, but we’re sure you’ll find some new and surprising recipes to add to your collection too. Try them, enjoy them, let them do their magic, and keep warm!

To download your FREE eBook, all you have to do is join our mailing list using the form below this post or on the sidebar. Old subscribers should receive their FREE eBook automatically in their inbox.

I love this site! It has helped me (an American cooking enthusiast) wow my Peruvian boyfriend and his family. Thank you very much and keep them coming.

  13. Now that I`m retired, widowed & living in a senior independent living facility where a tasteless, unseasoned, institutionally prepared glop called food is fed to me 3 pitiful meals a day, I occasionally, health permitting, drag myself to my tiny stoveless apartment galley & create gastronomic wonders in my electric frying pan & mini toaster oven & micro wave. I had foresight when I broke up housekeeping to retain favorite cookware, gadgets & cutlery & darn well know how to use them! I enjoy cooking all international cuisine but do not have Peruvian on my list yet. Looking forward to your soup download, my favorite dish. Thank you, John
