Quinoa is one of our all-time favorite ingredients, and that is why we have shared dozens of recipes featuring it in Peru Delights over the past two years… and will keep doing so!
Quinoa has become a protagonist in the modern food scene due to its amazing nutritional qualities and versatility in the kitchen; probably the same reasons that triggered the United Nations to declare 2013 as the “Year of Quinoa”.
For us, however, this is not something new. Quinoa has always been part of our diet!
Earlier this year we embarked on a new project to celebrate Quinoa: our very own recipe eBook.
How exciting is that?
