The famous entertainment company Netflix has created “Latin American Street Food Championship”, bringing together the best street dishes, among which is our flag dish Ceviche.
After defeating the Delicious Ajiaco, a representative dish of Colombia-Bogotá, we advanced to the Grand Final.
At the moment, our beloved Ceviche is in a very close final against Tlayuda from Mexico and Choripán from Argentina, very representative dishes from each sister country.
